[aida] WebCharts now work on IE6 to IE8

Hi Herbert,

That's wonderfull news and something I also needed badly, namely the
support for that unfortunate but non-escapable IE.

Can you publish it directly on the mc.aidaweb.si?

Nico, how is our policy with accounts on that MC currently? If not yet,
it would be good to be open to everyone to read and also write access.
