[aida] Code stats - Aida vs. Seaside vs. Iliad

Yes, Iliad needs more comments. 

Now, we try to always comment classes and methods of the API. See
ILWidget, ILApplication, etc.

Internal stuff are less commented, and I agree there should be more
comments here too, but I think it's less important.
